Booking Request and Booking Process

All bookings are made on a request basis and are subject to availability. 30% deposit is required for booking confirmation. The deposit is due within 7 days of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to make the payment in time subjects your booking to cancellation.

Any cancellations of the booking by the guest must be sent in writing to info@villa-limani.com. 100% refund will be granted up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancelation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, late arrivals and early departures are nonrefundable.

In case travel restrictions related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been imposed by the authorized authorities in the country of origin and / or in Greece, the booking can be cancelled for free with 100% refund at any time prior to the date of arrival.

For peace of mind we recommend travel and trip cancellation insurance.
